Outbound Shipping for Banners and other products
All Banner.com products are shipped out of Minnesota via UPS. Contact us for a specific shipping quote.
Please specify which shipping method you would like when placing your order. Otherwise it will be shipped UPS Ground by default. If you are outside the Continental United State please contact us for shipping quote.
After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline You must request expedited shipping, terms from the shipping company still apply to lost packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Order Early not Last Minute.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays.
If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.
Again, please order early as we cannot control delivery of your product after it leaves our production facility.
