Fabric Materials

Fabric banners are printed using a direct dye sublimation printing process. This means that the ink goes through the fabric banners rather than sit on top of the fabric. This printing process creates an eye popping print.

Fabric banners are printed on a variety of different materials:

• Satin Fabric - Used for banners and backdrops (material has a shine)
• Banner Soft - Most common fabric banner material

Fabric Banner Finishing Options

Fabric banners are US made and fire rated. They can be printed up to 58" wide. Anything larger than 58" in one direction with have seams.

• Folded Sewn Hem & Grommets (standard)
• Hot Knifed
• Pole Pockets (additional cost)

Artwork Specs

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for decals.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

If you are concerned about the file output we will be happy to do a test print for a nominal fee prior to final order if requested.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

There are three ordering options for fabric banners. You can design a fabric banner online using our online designer, upload a print ready file or work with a graphic designer to create a custom fabric banner.

Fabric Banner Production Times

Once your order is approved and payment is received standard production time is 3-5 business days for fabric banners. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production. After your fabric banner is finished with production it will be shipped via UPS.

Rush services are not available for fabric banners.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Shipping Information

All fabric banners ship UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Overnight
• UPS Overnight AM

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the fabric banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Payment

All fabric banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.
